Day 50 and Day 51

I was supposed to run a total of 10 miles on these two days but I couldn't.  I got ill on Wednesday and even came home from work.  Indigestion problems.  I should have known my body was going to need a break.  I mentioned last week that last week was difficult for me (outside of running) and then I ran a lot of mileage.  My body was tired and it showed itself in physical symptoms.  Throughout this training process I plan on doing the best I can to listen to my body and rest when needed.  Even if I am scheduled to run.  I am not 20 anymore.
