I was ready to get back on track today. It was a gorgeous day for a run!! I ran some back roads around my house and enjoyed the scenery a lot. There is a nice creek that runs along the entire route I used. There is some fowl cow smells and chicken smells but that's okay. I did not feel good on the run. My body is so tired!
I like running on mornings like today. I was able to get up and have a good breakfast and a couple cups of coffee. I loved on my kids and then hit the road. Mornings that happen like this are few and far between and I am thankful for them.
