October 2, 2015



Today was rainy outside and according to my running plan it was meant to be a rest day.  I rested Monday through Wednesday this week and didn't want to rest.  I decided to do some cross training.  I reached out to my old running coach and asked him to consider taking me back on.  I haven't heard from him and I don't know if I will.  But I do know that it would assist me to have some structure and guidance from him.  Here are the workouts I did today.  I plan on doing 5 minutes of leg lefts and 5 minutes of plank everyday, no matter what else I do.

I don't have my children today and this evening I rested, read The House of Riverton and watched Heartland.  During my workday I met with a lovely lady who gave me a lovely gift.  Her name is Fancy Nancy and she rocks.
