I wanted to run this morning but I overslept. That haooens a lot when I attempt to get up specifically to run. It typically never wins out over sleep unless I have a race or other people are expecting me to be there. So, I didn't get to run until four p.m. I was a little stressed at that time so the run was good for my emotional outlook. It was in the 50's and raining. I love that weather for a run. I was supposed to do a pace run but I did that on Wednesday and tomorrow is a short run too of six miles so I ran at my normal below ten mile stride.
I am gping to read Racing Weight after I finish my current book.
